  • Physical Causes: * Physical Causes: Each individual has a unique constitution (dosha: vata, pitta, kapha) that can influence weight. Depending on your constitution, we all have different metabolisms, and some gain weight much more easily than others, even if they eat the same things. This course helps you identify and balance your dosha for optimal health.
  • Emotional Causes: Stress, anxiety, and grief can contribute to weight gain by affecting appetite and digestion. Emotional eating, where food is used to cope with feelings, is a common phenomenon.
  • Mental Causes: Mental health and attitude play a critical role in weight control. Negative thought patterns and self-image can impact motivation and the ability to maintain healthy routines. 

Course Structure

  • Personal Start: Before the course begins, you will have an individual digital consultation where we set your health goals, and you receive personalized health advice and potential herbal medicine.
  • Individual Health Plan: You will receive a customized health plan to follow and evaluate each week.
  • Group Meetings with Lectures: The entire group meets online for lectures, support, and community.
  • Access to Support and Coaching: Via email, throughout the course.
  • Private Facebook Group: To support, inspire, and network with other participants.
  • Follow-Up: After the course ends, we will have an individual follow-up to ensure your continued success.
  • Smaller Groups: Although it’s online, smaller groups ensure a community where there is space to discuss matters if you wish.
