 A One to One session is a professional, personalized meeting focused on your situation, your needs, and what you require to move forward. Ayurvedaflow offers four different approaches – all centered on wholeness, sustainability, and genuine transformation.

With Marie’s unique combination of expertise in holistic health,Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and coaching you receive support on multiple levels – physical, mental, and spiritual. Together, you’ll explore your current situation, your needs, and possible pathways toward holistic, sustainable wellbeing.

Holistic Health Coaching For when you want to make a change but don’t know where to start. We look at the whole picture – body, mind, and daily life – and create a way forward based on your unique circumstances. The session helps you clarify where to begin, set goals, and take concrete steps toward better balance and wellbeing.

Ayurvedic Health Consultation For physical or mental imbalance – such as anxiety, stress, high blood pressure, cholesterol, fatigue, sleep issues, digestive problems, or hormonal imbalance – Ayurveda offers valuable tools to understand and restore balance. We map out your current state, review your diet, lifestyle, and habits. You’ll receive concrete, personalized recommendations and possible herbal supplements.

Stress Reduction with Meditation For those who want a tool to manage a fast pace, stress, or mental fatigue. All forms of meditation are beneficial, but they produce different results and can be tailored depending on the person and the purpose. We discuss your life situation and stress patterns. You’ll then receive a personalized meditation, which we go through together – so you can confidently continue your practice on your own.

Spiritual Guidance For those in an inner process or who have experienced something difficult to understand – for example, after ceremonies, meditations, or intense life events. This conversation helps you process, integrate, and gain deeper understanding of what you are going through. Here, you receive both grounding and perspective.
