The search for stillness, restoration, and inner balance often leads us to yoga and meditation. But these practices are more than just relaxation techniques—they are keys to our energy system and our own ability to direct the life force within us.

Pranayamathe art of conscious breathing, is a central part of traditional yoga.  Prana Prana means life energy, and ayama ayama means control or expansion. By learning to understand and work with your energy system, you can consciously direct the breath for various purposes. 

Breath is more than just oxygen—it acts as a bridge between the body and mind, influencing our physical, emotional, and mental states. In this more advanced course, we explore the five winds—the subdoshas of Vata—and how they move through the body. We learn to sense the energy, guide it consciously, and use it to cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony.

During these Sundays, we will explore together how pranayama techniques can transform our overall well-being. Through meditation and practical exercises, you will have the opportunity to turn your attention inward and experience the power of breath on a deeper level.

You can choose your own level of engagement—perhaps seeing this as a relaxing moment of meditation in community, or perhaps deepening your understanding and working daily with meditation and the exercises presented.

Everyone is warmly welcome to join!
However, prior experience with meditation or yoga is advantageous, as the course is designed for participants who already have a foundational practice.

The course consists of a total of five sessions, and this edition will be conducted in Swedish.

The course is held via Zoom with cameras on, for optimal guidance and experience.
