Morning Yoga with Marie
– A Gentle Start to Your Day, Just as You Are
Marie invites you to start your day together with her through simple and enjoyable morning yoga. This isn’t a polished production—we practice live online with an “in real life” feel,just as we are.
Pajamas, messy hair, and sleepy eyes are warmly welcome. What matters is that you show up, not how you look. And since you’re practicing directly with me, the price is kept low.
We start a a new session each month,so you can join when you’re ready and choose whether to participate two or three days a week. Just sign up—it makes it much easier to keep a routine than trying to do it on your own.
Why Morning Yoga?
It helps the body wake up, the mind settle, and energy begin to flow gently. Together, we create a moment that carries calm and focus throughout the rest of the day.
Structure:
The sessions are inspired by Kundalini Yoga with simple and effective exercises that are adapted to you—whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi.
When?
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 6:45–7:30 AM
You can choose the days that suit you, and if you need to switch weeks, that’s fine—just let us know.
How?
Live online—participate from wherever you are.
For who?
For anyone who wants to start the day gently, without pressure, and with presence. Morning yoga is instructed in Swedish.
