Are you ready to give yourself 40 days of stillness, presence, and a deeper connection with your intuition? Working with intention is about daring to listen inward and trusting your inner voice. It exists within all of us, but many have learned to ignore it in favor of external norms, expectations, and collective patterns of thinking.

We are shaped by the culture and society we grow up in, and it often becomes easier to follow what is expected rather than our own inner wisdom. When we begin to become aware of our own power and listen to what we intuitively feel is not aligned with us, much inner stress can begin to dissolve.
For many, stress and a sense of emptiness arise when we—often unconsciously—live out of sync with our own inherent wisdom. Through meditation, we create space for recovery, clarity, and connection with our natural rhythm.

This 40-day practice is an opportunity to come home to yourself, deepen your presence, and strengthen your trust in your intuition.

Structure:
Over 40 days, we will work with three different meditations, all sharing the same mantra as a common thread. The mantra and meditations have never before been used in a 40-day context, making them entirely new for this practice.

We will meet online on four occasions:

Session 1: Introduction:
An introduction to mantra meditation from both a holistic/spiritual perspective and a modern scientific viewpoint. You will also learn the first meditation, which you will then practice daily for at least 12 minutes until the next session.

Session 2: Deepening:
Introduction to the second meditation, which you will practice daily for at least 12 minutes until the third session.

Session 3: Further Deepening:
 Introduction to the third meditation, which you will practice daily until the conclusion.

Session 4: Conclusion: : Avslutning
 We will close the 40 days by practicing all three meditations in sequence together.

At each session, there will be space for reflection, voluntary sharing, and questions in a safe and supportive environment.
