Glad to have you here
Ayurveda Flow represents a holistic view of health and well-being and is the result of an intertwining of knowledge and experience from the Swedish health movement, years of yoga practice, professional guidance & coaching, deepening within Ayurveda and herbal knowledge, combined with personal yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice.
By offering a diversity of services and opportunities, Ayurveda Flow aims to help individuals find their holistic path—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. In a time of change and uncertainty, Ayurveda serves as a source of wisdom and guidance, encouraging each person to seek answers within themselves and explore their own inner journey. While others may act as guides along the way, individuals alone can set boundaries and determine the direction of their lives and how they wish to expend their energy.
Ayurveda & Yoga
How are they connected?
Ayurveda and yoga are sister sciences that evolved together and continuously influenced each other throughout history. Ayurveda is the science of healing for both body and mind. Yoga is the science of Self-realization, which depends on a well-functioning body and mind. Although both disciplines traditionally developed together, most books on yoga in the West barely mention Ayurveda. Conversely, all Ayurvedic books discuss yoga.
Ayurveda and yoga are much more than just physical healing systems or physical exercises, as we tend to view them today, however important these aspects may be.
Both Ayurveda and classical yoga consider the whole person, which encompasses not just the body but also the mind and spirit. Both address all our needs—from physical health and well-being to the development of our higher consciousness and self-awareness of who we are.
Ayurveda and yoga address all aspects of our nature, which includes not only physical health but also mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. alla aspekter av vår natur, vilket inkluderar inte bara fysisk hälsa utan också mental, emotionell och andlig hälsa.
Together, they contain teachings for all types of individuals and all types of life situations. As such, you can find the right teachings and practices for your unique nature and life circumstances.
