Each week, you will experience greater balance on physical, mental, and emotional levels. You’ll be amazed at how much more vitality you can gain by making small changes to your routines, daily diet, and thought patterns. 

This program is a unique blend of nutrition, personal development, lifestyle routines, and stress reduction, based on the ancient wisdom and principles of Ayurveda. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required – we will guide you through every step of the journey.

In Ayurveda, diet plays a central role since we eat several times daily, and everything we consume must be metabolized, impacting us in various ways.
The same food can be either medicine or toxin, depending on who eats it, the season, and the current state of a person’s digestive fire.
For three weeks, we will follow a diet that reduces certain hard-to-digest foods, but there are no restrictions on the number of meals or the amount of food per day—this is not a weight-loss diet.

A holistic diet is not just about what we eat but also about how we process and release mental and emotional experiences.
Therefore, we’ll delve deeply into these aspects during our sessions. Learn how to navigate the noise in your mind and explore the interplay between thoughts and emotions.
Can you influence your well-being by shifting your mindset?
We’ll explore these questions and many more throughout this journey.

Over the course of these five weeks, you will experience not only an increase in energy levels but also improvements in your mental and emotional well-being.
We will emphasize the importance of self-care and how you can establish a daily routine and lifestyle that bring focus and joy. Let go of habits that no longer serve you and build a strong foundation for a healthy future.

You will come to know yourself holistically, understanding your strengths and weaknesses.
Based on your dosha, you’ll discover how you react emotionally and mentally to different situations.
You’ll realize that behavioral changes are possible and gain insights into how different foods influence your well-being.

The course is conducted via Zoom with a "camera on" experience, meaning everyone has their camera on so we can see each other just as if we were sitting in the same room.

The first session always takes place on a Saturday or Sunday starting at 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM, and then we reconvene from 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM.

Afterwards, we meet once a week for 4 sessions, with the final session also on a Saturday or Sunday.
