Our 30-day journey is built upon a proven holistic purification diet for all five senses, aimed at giving your body and mind a fresh start for increased energy and vitality. Each week, you'll experience improved balance on physical, mental, and emotional levels. You'll be amazed at how much more vitality you gain by making small changes in your routines, daily diet, and thought patterns.
This program is a unique combination of diet, personal development, lifestyle routines, and stress reduction, based on Ayurveda's millennia-old wisdom and principles. You don't need prior knowledge of Ayurveda to participate—we'll guide you through every step of the way.
In Ayurveda, diet plays a central role because we eat several times a day, and everything we consume must be digested and affects us in various ways. The same food can be medicine or toxin depending on who eats it, the season, and the state of the person's digestive fire (agni). Therefore, for 3 weeks, we will follow a diet where certain hard-to-digest foods are reduced, but there are no restrictions on the number of meals or amount of food per day—it's not a weight-loss diet.
A holistic diet is not just about what we eat but also about how we mentally and emotionally receive and release. Therefore, we will discuss these aspects in detail during our meetings. Learn to navigate the noise in your mind and explore how thoughts and feelings interact. Can you influence your well-being by changing your mindset? We'll explore these questions and many more on this journey.
Over these 5 weeks, you will not only experience a change in energy levels but also improvements in your mental and emotional state. We'll emphasize the importance of self-care and how you can create a daily routine and lifestyle that brings focus and joy. Let go of habits that no longer serve you and build a strong foundation for a healthy future.
You will get to know yourself in a holistic way and understand your strengths and weaknesses. Based on your dosha (Ayurvedic constitution), you will discover how you emotionally and mentally respond to different situations. You will realize that behavioral changes are possible and gain insight into how different foods affect your well-being.
Through the program, you will gain a deeper understanding of:

Course structure:
The course is conducted via Zoom with a "camera on" experience, meaning everyone has their camera on so we can see each other just as if we were sitting in the same room.
The first session always takes place on a Saturday or Sunday starting at 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM, and then we reconvene from 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM.
Afterwards, we meet once a week for 4 sessions, with the final session also on a Saturday or Sunday.
