Welcome to an inspiring and health-promoting workshop where we explore the ancient wisdom of Rasayana – one of Ayurveda's eight branches of medicine, focusing on enhancing vitality, delaying aging, and preventing illness

Aging is a natural part of life, but contrary to what most people believe, it is not so biologically tied to the number of birthdays we've had. Instead, it is more closely linked to our lifestyle habits, both good and bad, physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. This is something that modern research has also highlighted in recent years, concluding that only 20% is genetic, while 80% can be influenced. Yes, you read that right – 80% can be influenced if you know how!

In this workshop, we will dive deep into how Rasayana can help us age gracefully and maintain both body and mind in balance. With holistic tools such as diet, lifestyle changes, powerful Ayurvedic herbs, and mindfulness techniques, you will gain practical knowledge on how to promote your health and longevity, regardless of age

During the workshop, we will go through:

What Rasayana entails and how it can contribute to a long and healthy life. 
Practical tips for countering age-related challenges, such as fatigue, memory decline, and stiffness.
For menopause, peri-menopause, and post-menopause, and how you can naturally prevent many of the discomforts that may be experienced.
Sleep-related problems and the seven different causes of disturbed sleep, along with various measures depending on the cause
Lifestyle diseases such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes from a holistic perspective.
An introduction to key Rasayana herbs (adaptogens) used to strengthen the immune system, counteract oxidative stress, and enhance vitality.
How you can use herbs and natural supplements to support the body’s regenerative abilities. We will go over vitamin D, zinc, Q-10, magnesium, ginger, turmeric, and some lesser-known supplements.
Simple lifestyle changes and mindfulness techniques that can help you create long-term harmony in both body and mind for sustainable and energized aging.
