Det \u00e4r ett perfekt s\u00e4tt att komma ut i naturen<br \/>under v\u00e5ren, n\u00e4r ljuset \u00e5terv\u00e4nder och allt b\u00f6rjar gr\u00f6nska.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Under en BreathWalk synkroniseras stegen med specifika andningsm\u00f6nster. Det kan till exempel inneb\u00e4ra att du andas in \u00f6ver ett visst antal steg och andas <br \/>ut \u00f6ver ett annat. Samtidigt riktas uppm\u00e4rksamheten mot enkla mentala fokuspunkter, som ett ord, ett ljud eller n\u00e4rvaron i kroppen. Denna kombination skapar <br \/>en meditativ rytm som hj\u00e4lper dig att landa i nuet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ett pass inleds ofta med en kort uppv\u00e4rmning f\u00f6r att v\u00e4cka kroppen, f\u00f6ljt av sj\u00e4lva promenaden d\u00e4r andning och steg integreras.
